The shipping costs include: crating or boxing the item, insurance coverage for the item, and shipping fees the shipper charges us to send you the package. In stock items have a 30 percent restock fee applied upon return. Customer pays all return shipping cost. If item is returned damaged a 50 percent restock and repair fee will apply. No COD orders. Purchases from Idaho Residents will be charged the current sales tax percentage for the State of Idaho, on the items you order, unless a current Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is sent to Beaded Bontanicals upon placing the order.
