Checkered Lilies
| These springtime blooms of Checkered Lilies will brighten up any location in your home. One piece is blue and the other is pink, both with a soft white altering within the color to form the checkered pattern of the petals. Each is placed in a double walled container, created on the potter's wheel, with 4 lilies cut out of the outside wall. The outsides of the containers are glazed in a rustic matte finish and the inside walls are glazed with springtime gloss green. Each plant stands 8 inches tall. The soil in this arrangement is unique sand of granular size, from Ruby Lake, Montana. |
